This area of Garda Lake encompasses the southern basin territory stretching from the towns of San Felice to Garda. Millions of years ago the glacier that helped create the lake left its mark by the forming of gently rolling hills now cultivated with vineyards, olive groves and the characteristic cypress.

This area is rich with the presence of medieval history and here you find repeated testimony of that era with the presence of its characteristic castles, villas, churches, ancient walls and old village towns nestled in the countryside. The small coastal towns offer all the comforts of home with a variety of accommodations and eating places waiting to serve you.

This area of the lake produces some of the best wines of the Provinces of Brescia and Verona, well known since Roman times and is even famous for its high quality extra virgin olive oil. Throughout the area there can be found several wine-making cantinas and olive oil mills where you can visit the facilities, see firsthand the processes and select for yourself the product that satisfies your taste buds.
